Following on from yesterday’s automation excitement (yes, really!), today we’ve created a simple automation that does the following:
- A regular meeting takes place and a member of staff takes the minutes of that meeting in a basic Word document. - At the end of the meeting, she saves her document, closes her laptop and goes home. - Before she has even put her coat on, Power Automate spots the new file saved in OneDrive, converts it to a PDF, emails it out to the group of people attending the meeting and saves a copy into a SharePoint library archive.
